Teresa founded Five Star in November 2003 and over the next 14 years has overseen it’s growth to become a leading Immigration Services provider. Her business experience is vast, and prior to setting up Five Star she worked for many years as Finance Director for a large Scottish Company. She brought these talents to Five Star, backed by strong Administrative skills and an instinctive grasp of what Business needs to succeed. Staff are encouraged to grow and develop their abilities to ensure the ethos of the Company always comes first – quite simply, the Client and their needs.
Her brother, Dan, joined Five Star in early 2004 and has gained a wide range of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the business over the last 14 years. He has a keen eye for detail and is often called upon for the more complicated cases. He has a strong focus on ensuring that our Clients’ needs are looked after to the best of our ability and feels that the bond of trust between Five Star and our Clients is key to both the success of the Business and more importantly the happiness of the Client. He is an advocate of doing business in an open and honest manner and believes that the best outcome is always achieved by regular communication between both parties.
